Copley Boys Cross Country finishes 5th at a tough Suburban League Meet. Freshman Dylan Wood finished 7th overall, earning him First-Team All-Suburban League honors. Wood ran a new personal best time of 17:04. Finishing second for Copley and 20th overall was Sophomore Jack McCoy with a new personal best time of 18:08, which earned him Second-Team All-Suburban League. Also scoring for Copley were Senior Riley Webb running a time of 18:09, which placed him 21st overall, Junior Jack Habel (34th overall) with a time of 18:39, and Junior Elijah Fernstrum (34th overall) with a time of 19:05. Copley will travel to Lorain County Community College on Saturday, October 24 for the OHSAA Division 1 District meet at 1:30 p.m.
